El frente de la brisa de tierra.

Abstract
En el presente trabajo se expone la existencia del frente de la brisa de tierra, proceso apenas mencionado y poco estudiado en la bibliografía sobre el tema. Por lo general, la circulación de la brisa de mar y tierra surge y se desarrolla simultáneamente con la presencia de flujos de mayor escala, es por ello que sea también frecuente, aunque casi imperceptible, encontrar brisa de tierra de 2da. Especie, o sea, brisa frontal de tierra; Sin embargo, bajo determinadas condiciones el frente de la brisa de tierra está relacionada con situaciones meteorológicas significativas, como el denominado brisote sucio en la costa norte de Cuba durante el período poco lluvioso. Se incluye, como un caso de estudio, el análisis de la situación ocurrida el 13 de noviembre del 2001.
