Summary of the passage of hurricane IDA through the province of Artemisa

Abstract
In the investigation, an analysis is carried out of the origin, evolution and trajectory of Hurricane Ida that affected the province of Artemisa on August 27, 2021. The synoptic situation that favored the hurricane moving with a northwest course crossing through the National territory. The variables, wind force, precipitation and pressure at sea level were analyzed in the Artemisa meteorological stations during the passage of the meteor. The results indicated that the most significant wind gust in the province was 140km / h reported by the Bahia Honda meteorological station. As for the coastal floods, they were light and moderate, but they became strong in Cajío where they had a range of more than 1000m.
